Change is the only thing that is constant.
I have mixed emotions as I was told by my boss about my new assignment. It's quite new for me because I have been handling big teams for the past seven years and it surprised me that in one instant, a different task will be given to me. I'm used to the campaign rotations but this time around I will no longer handle any people under me.
I'm left with no other choice but to turn this opportunity to a positive one.
